Policy and Refund

1. Refunds or exchanges cannot be made on any custom made items, as the goods have been specially made for you.
2. All refunds or exchanges (excluding made to order items) must be made within 14 days, from date of invoice.  
3. Refunds will be processed via way of payment made by the customer.
4. The original purchase docket must accompany the goods, and we ask that the goods be in their original undamaged packaging (if applicable).
5. Postage is not refundable.
6. A 5% fee will be charged on all refunds made.
7. Faulty items will be replaced or repaired as deemed appropriate by Soul Sports after inspection.
